Wellcraft 28 T-Top

The Beneteau Group’s latest Open boat, the Wellcraft 28 T-Top pairs classic Florida-style handling with a safe, high-gunwale cockpit, 41 knots from a 350 hp Verado, and a wet bar, stove and fridge for socializing.

The Wellcraft 28 T-Top is the Beneteau Group’s latest offering in the Open boat category, designed for daytime fun on the water in warm, fair weather. Its classic Florida-style design delivers excellent handling — highly manoeuvrable and easy to steer — while a spacious cockpit with high interior gunwales ensures safety, even when boating with small children. Powered by a single 350 hp Mercury Verado engine, the boat reached a top speed of 41 knots at 6,400 rpm. It includes a cabin with a head, accessed via an entry concealed beneath the forward cockpit seat, while the main cockpit is fully equipped for socializing or picnics, with a wet bar, stove, refrigerator and storage cabinets.
