Beneteau GT 36
With the family boat Beneteau GT 36, the French boat builder is looking to grab a growing share of the US boat market. In any case, the eleven-metre-long Gran Turismo (that’s what the abbreviation GT stands for) is a cross-border phenomenon: it was designed by the Italian design studio Andreani and constructed in France.
Actually belonging to the GT series with hull lengths between 32 and 50 feet, the new boat already sets itself apart visually from the rest of the previous series. One of the biggest advantages of the Beneteau GT 36 is the freedom of choice between outboard and inboard engines.
